I can not sleep without my O2Ring. I have been married to the ring for several years now. Since I have apnéa, I use the O2 measurement as a vital supplement to the CPAP-machine. I believe the lack of proper O2 is more important during a breathing stop than the possible strain on the heart. Hence, I also have a reserve O2Ring. The software to record the data is very good. Highly recommended. The shipment to Norway was quick and uneventful as everything was prepaid
